Shishaology (Shisha-Ology). The word Ology according to disctionary.com is "any science or branch of knowledge." We'd like to think we are the ology of shisha, with experience spanning over 20+ years we like to think we have this part covered.
The story started in my head 20 years ago where I noticed the gab in the shisha supply industry, but never acted on it for years and years. Too busy with University and other projects later in life. Few years ago I decided to act on this (the industry was still not saturated with many more people taking on Shisha smoking). That was step one in reaching Shishaology. It is 2020 and Shishaology is born, 20 years after the idea sparked.
My aim in Shishaology is to supply Shishas and accessories at reasonable prices and to innovate accessories that you can actually use and not get a loan to buy. For example, I once visited a tradeshow / shisha gathering in Sydney where a company was selling a poker (foil hole puncher) for $60 or so, I was stunned. Yes it looked funky but really!!! $60 for a piece or metal? or at this same gathering a fork to spread shisha molases was being sold at $40. This is exactly what we at Shishaology DO NOT want to be, we DO not want to take advantage of our customers. of course we want to make a living but not take advantage. We would like to be a worldwide brand by innovating and manufacturing accessories that consumers can actually use, that deals with an area of pain or makes life a tad easier for shisha smokers.
Throughout or experience we felt the pain of sourcing shisha and accessories from coutries where they are made. Not to go too much into details it is an absolute pain to deal with suppliers, gather stock, packaging and labelling. It is a daunting and stressfulltask. We are based in Sydney AU, We deliver Australia wide via courier and deliver wholesale orders within Sydney using our own Vans and people. We want to build a friendly relationship with all our suppliers, this is about theshisha community as a whole and not us only.
